The TAGDev 2.0 Program—in partnership with National Instructors’ College Abilonino (NICA)—successfully conducted a two-day Entrepreneurship Training of students and staff in Kole District.
The training brought together 52 staff and over 300 students, empowering them with practical skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, and enterprise development. Through interactive sessions, participants explored how entrepreneurial thinking can be integrated into teaching, learning, and professional practice.

This initiative aimed to strengthen NICA’s capacity to deliver entrepreneurship-focused education and inspire students to embrace self-reliance, creativity, and community impact.
💡 By equipping both instructors and students with entrepreneurial mindsets, TAGDev 2.0 continues to advance its mission of transforming higher education and TVET institutions into hubs of innovation, employability, and sustainable socio-economic growth.
👏 Special appreciation to the facilitators, NICA administration, and all participants for their active engagement and commitment to making this training a success!
