Experience & Activities

Dr. Stephen W. Kalule is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agribusiness and Rural Development, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, Gulu University. He holds a MSc in Agriculture and Applied Economics and a PhD in Agricultural and Rural Innovations from Makerere University-Uganda.
With extensive experience in community engagement, action research, and entrepreneurship development, Dr. Kalule works to empower young women, men, smallholder farmers, and refugees. Dr. Stephen will support the operationalisation of the Agri-Food Systems and Entrepreneurship Centre (ASEC) at Gulu University.
